How to use it

Some people are brisket (they fill you up), some are cotton candy (fun, but nothing stays). Know which is which, and know which you are for others. Most people sit in the middle between introvert and extravert: notice who charges your battery and who drains it, and plan your week around it.

How sure we are

E Evidence: built from practice. What works for coaches and practitioners. Labelled that way.

P Evidence: promising. Good studies, but small or few. Use it and keep checking.
