as a business plan.
Two languages, twice.
Born in Denmark, moved to London at four. I dropped Danish to fit in and learned English — then, two years later, did it all again in reverse. Twice before I was seven, the way I expressed myself was taken apart and rebuilt. The one thing that never needed translating was making things.
I changed before I walked in.
Years of being on my own, then boarding school. The summer before, I cut the junk food, the screens and the scrolling, started meditating, journaling and training — and launched my first clothing brand. At school I was the strange one who slept at nine and woke at four. By the end of the first year, the same people were coming to me for advice.
I lost myself in the niches.
A different version of me for every brand and every audience. It wasn't failure — it was succeeding in too many separate directions at once. So everything came under one roof: one person at the centre, and every brand an expression of him, not a replacement.
The audit.
I went through everything I had published and found claims that weren't true. They came down, dated, in public. Since that day nothing goes up here without a document behind it.
The first closed loop.
The checkout took an order, sent the email and delivered the file without anyone touching it. Three years of building, and the first time it worked without me in the middle.
