Self-mastery, graded, with people doing it at the same time as you. One method, five arenas, every lesson built from the evidence behind it, and the person who wrote it in the room every day.
You need both, so you get both. These are the courses in the Classroom, and when each one opens.
How the room works, where to post, and your first three moves. Four short lessons.
Day 0, then seven days, run together in rounds. The fastest way to find out how the method feels in your own week.
The diagnosis, then the roadmap for your stage: starting, building or scaling.
25 lessons, five in each arena: the basics that everything later stands on.
25 lessons on keeping it going: the hard weeks, the comeback, the floor you never drop below.
25 lessons for when the basics run on their own and you want more out of them.
25 lessons on doing it at a high level, and bringing other people with you.
Every method, in five arena folders, with how sure the evidence is and where it comes from.
Every live call, so missing one costs you nothing.
What the evidence does not support, so you can stop doing it.
The one-line log, the Sunday review, the week plan and the ladder sheet.
That's the shape of every lesson. Levels come from helping other people: the likes you get for useful answers.
Week three is where most things die: the novelty is gone and nothing has visibly changed yet. The room is built around getting through it.
One honest line each: what moved this week. 45 minutes, live, recorded. It runs whether three people come or three hundred.
Alternating weeks: train together on camera, or build together. Doing it, not talking about it.
What Ole is building, as he builds it, and the day's framework. Ask Ole is answered the same day.
Small groups, formed on the 1st of each month, who see your week while you see theirs.
The thing that's loudest this month won't be the loudest next month. So the room covers all five, and each has its own room and its own book.
Strength, skill, sleep and energy, and taking care of how you look. Natural only.
The book: Bodyweight Is Enough →Attention, the voice in your head, the comeback, and the reason behind all of it.
The book: One Day Is Forgivable →The first sale, then keeping it. The day, the week, and the rule you never break.
The book: Build Anyway →Reps, not theory, with people who are growing at the same time as you.
The book: Say Hi First →Ideas, practice and the camera: making things that are recognisably yours.
The book: Make More →The method in every arena is the Self-Mastery Ladder: own the edges → close the loop → take it out of your head. Three stages, named models with steps, written down in the free roadmap.
Read the method — freeMost advice sounds equally certain whether a hundred studies back it or nobody does. Here every lesson carries a grade, its sources, and what we don't know yet. If a lesson has no source, it says so, or it doesn't ship.
See every framework, free →Not one. No member quotes, no before-and-afters, no five-star wall. Most communities have them, and most of them were written by the person selling the community.
The room is new. When a member has a result, it goes on Case Studies with their name, their number and the date, with their permission, and not one day before.
What you can check instead is the standard above, the free frameworks, the books, and the person running the room.
The mission: help ambitious young men master themselves, as one system.
A freestyle calisthenics athlete and the builder of Ecosystem HQ. He grades every method he teaches by the research behind it, builds in the open, and corrects it in public. The five SELF-MASTERY books and every framework on this site are his.
Self-published, no borrowed numbers, no invented results, no discounts. If a number is on this site, there's a document behind it.
A generation of young men who build their lives like systems, and a room in every city where they train and build together.
This room is the first one.
The room: the courses, the lives, the pods, and Ole every day.
Really. Ask Ole is answered the same day, by name, and he's on both live calls every week.
And the part pages like this leave out: that stops being true at some size. When it changes, it'll say so here, before it changes. Until then it's the most valuable thing inside, and the honest reason to come early rather than late.
Nobody can promise you a number, and anyone who does is guessing.
What's certain is what's inside: the courses, two live calls a week, a pod, and Ole. What it produces depends on what you do with it. When members have results, they go on Case Studies with a name, a number and a date.
So has almost everyone. Week three is where the novelty runs out and nothing has visibly changed yet.
Every system that survives it has the same feature: somebody notices. That's the Sunday call, your pod, and the 7-Day System you start with everyone else.
Whichever is loudest in your life right now. The method is the same in all five, so starting in the "wrong" one costs you nothing, and most people find the real bottleneck is somewhere else anyway.
Less than doing it alone. There's no required schedule: the lives are recorded, the lessons are short, and Ask Ole is there when you're stuck. The method was built to fit around a full day.
Yes, from 13. Ask a parent first: joining is paid by card, so it's their OK and their card. Everything inside is the same for everyone.
The books are the method, written down: one per arena, each with a plan to follow alone. The Ecosystem is the room around it: the courses, the live calls, a pod that sees your week, and Ole answering your questions. Plenty of people use both.
No. The second a room becomes a place to be sold to, the honesty goes and the room dies with it. You'll end up working with people you meet in here; that happens on its own when the room is good.
Cancel any time, in one click, inside Skool. There is no annual plan and no discount, not now, not on Black Friday, not ever. An annual plan priced below twelve months is a discount in a different hat, so there isn't one, and nobody who paid full price ever watches it go on sale.
It's written for young men, because copy that tries to speak to everyone speaks to nobody. Nobody is turned away. If you read this page and thought "that's me", the door works the same for you.
The missing piece was never information. It was a system, and a room where somebody notices when you stop.
