One person at a time, six weeks, worked on directly. You leave with the system your business runs on — not advice about building one.
Every brand I run is held together by the same five files. In six weeks you get yours — written with you, from your business, not handed over as a template.
What is actually true right now, dated. Kills the thing you believed six months ago and never re-checked.
What was decided, when, and why. So a settled question stops being re-argued every quarter.
What is blocked, and the name of the person who unblocks it. A blocker with no owner is not tracked, it is hoped about.
Where the hours go, and what is deliberately frozen. Ten things cannot all be important at once.
Every number and promise you make in public, with its source beside it. Nothing goes live that can't be checked.
These aren't theory. Mine caught a collaboration credited to a real person who had never agreed to it, an inventory count that was wrong, a revenue figure out by a factor of four, and four claims that were live and false.
Each one was found by a file, not by remembering. That is the whole argument for building them.
You can judge whether I build good systems by using one. That's what the next ten minutes are.
I built all of that — the application, the booking, the database under it, and the checkout on this site.
If it reads well and works properly, that is the sample of the work. If it doesn't, you have saved yourself a call.
Not a syllabus. The shape is fixed; what goes inside it is entirely your situation.
Thirty minutes, on a weekend. A design conversation, not a sales call — we work out whether this is the right thing for you at all. Nothing is paid before or during it.
Where you actually are, written down with numbers, and where you're trying to be in six weeks. Both recorded before anything changes — otherwise there is no honest way to say afterwards whether it worked.
One session a week with one objective each. Every decision and every commitment written down as we make it, with a date and an owner. The work between sessions is where most of it happens.
What changed against the baseline, what didn't, and what you do next without me. You keep everything — the files are yours and they keep working after I'm gone.
No rolling retainer and no automatic renewal. If a second block is genuinely the right thing we can talk about it — but a relationship that just continues is how consultants get paid for doing nothing.
Nothing is paid before we have spoken. Scope agreed before anything starts.
One place is arithmetic, not a tactic. Six weeks of this costs about twenty hours of real attention, and I am in my exam year. I can do it properly for one person at a time, so that is what I sell.
When the place is taken, the application still works — you go in the queue, and you'll hear from me.
I'm seventeen. You would be my first.
That is the whole pitch, and it's why the price is what it is. I have no client results, and I am not going to invent any — the rule on this site is that nothing goes public without a name, a number and a date behind it.
What I do have is ten brands, a store that takes real money and delivers automatically, 193 units of physical stock, and an operating system I built and run every day. All of it is inspectable before you pay anything.
Here is everything I've built for myself, and here is why I think it transfers. If that isn't enough, don't apply.
If the problem is outside what I can help with, if the timing is wrong, or if what you need is the community rather than this. I'd rather say it on the call than take the money and find out in week three.
Real numbers rather than impressions, and the work done between sessions. Six weeks is short. It only works if you're actually building something.
