How to use it

When you're sure, check which mode you're in: preacher (defending your view), prosecutor (attacking theirs) or politician (winning approval). Switch to scientist: what would prove me wrong? Follow two people you disagree with whose thinking you respect.

How sure we are

S Evidence: strong. Large trials or many studies, pointing the same way.

P Evidence: promising. Good studies, but small or few. Use it and keep checking.
