How to use it

Within 48 hours, write it in the third person and answer four questions: what was supposed to happen, what actually happened, why the gap (one cause you control), what's the one change. Debrief wins the same way. Structured debriefs improved performance by about 20–25%.

How sure we are

S Evidence: strong. Large trials or many studies, pointing the same way.

P Evidence: promising. Good studies, but small or few. Use it and keep checking.
