How to use it

After clearance from a clinician, rebuild the skill as a ladder: low bar → mat → full height, single reps → sets → combinations. Rate fear 0–10 before each attempt. Move up only when the body is ready and fear is 3 or below for three sessions in a row.

How sure we are

S Evidence: strong. Large trials or many studies, pointing the same way.

P Evidence: promising. Good studies, but small or few. Use it and keep checking.
