How to use it

For young athletes: weekly hours of structured training no higher than your age in years, free play (jams, park sessions with friends) at least half as long as the structured training, and don't train only one movement pattern. Observational, and measured in team sports, so a guideline, not a cliff edge.

How sure we are

P Evidence: promising. Good studies, but small or few. Use it and keep checking.
