How to use it

Before-and-after photos and community success stories prove almost nothing: light, angle, lens, weight loss, grooming and age change faces on their own, and you only see the ones that worked. Ask four questions: Was there a comparison group? Who dropped out? Who measured it? Has anyone else repeated it?

How sure we are

E Evidence: built from practice. What works for coaches and practitioners. Labelled that way.
