How to use it

Friends are made on a schedule. In two surveys it took roughly 50 hours for a casual friend, 90 for a friend and over 200 for a close friend, and hanging out counted far more than working side by side. Pick 2–3 people and book recurring time with them.

How sure we are

P Evidence: promising. Good studies, but small or few. Use it and keep checking.
