How to use it

Your voice has five dials: speed, volume, pitch, tone (the emotion) and the pause. Any one stuck in one place goes flat, even a good one. Slow down for what matters, speed up for what doesn't, sit around 7 out of 10 on volume, and pause after the key line. A note you've never used will feel fake; it's only unfamiliar.

How sure we are

P Evidence: promising. Good studies, but small or few. Use it and keep checking.

E Evidence: built from practice. What works for coaches and practitioners. Labelled that way.
