From the application to your first payout: what we ask, what we check, and what you can expect. Nothing here is a promise of a place.

The application takes about fifteen minutes with these to hand. Anything that isn’t ready can be marked pending or not available instead of left blank.
No bank details and no product photos in the application. Those come later: photos in the seller centre, bank details with Stripe directly.
It saves on your device as you type, and on our server once you’ve passed the first step. To continue on another device, ask for a private link by email. The link replaces any earlier one, and only the person with it can open the application.
Files you upload are private. Only the Ecosystem HQ team can open them, through the admin, never through a public link.
Two separate decisions. First the brand: is it real, can it ship what it says, does the range fit the store. Then each product, on its own, against the published standard: five questions, eight scored criteria, and a written reason for every decision.
We judge the product, not the size of the company. Applying is never a promise of a place, and nobody can pay for one.
A person reads every application. We reply by email with a decision, or with what we’d need to know first. If we ask for more, the same link opens your application again: change what’s needed and send it again.
If it’s a yes, the commission and terms come in writing before anything goes live. Then you get your link to the seller centre.
Editing a published product never changes what’s on sale straight away. The edit waits for review and the approved version stays on sale until it’s accepted. Stock is the exception: it changes immediately.
Confirm your stock at least every 14 days, even if the number hasn’t changed. Older counts are flagged in your seller centre, and after 30 days the store stops showing the low-stock number.
Orders for your products appear under Orders in the seller centre, with the customer’s address. Ship within 3 working days with tracking, then enter the carrier and tracking number and press Mark shipped.
You only ever see your own orders. Another brand’s orders, products and numbers are never visible to you, and yours are never visible to them.
Payments run through Stripe. When you mark an order shipped, Stripe pays your share: the item price minus the agreed commission, plus your shipping. Stripe holds your identity and bank details; Ecosystem HQ never sees them.
The numbers in your seller centre are counted from real orders: units, sales, commission, paid out and still owed. Nothing is estimated. If a customer is refunded, the same share of your payout is reversed.

The seller centre opens with a private link, one per brand. Each new link replaces the last, so an old one stops working. Lost it? Ask for a new one on the seller centre page. It’s sent to the email we have on file for your brand.
Separate logins and roles for team members aren’t available yet. Share the link only with the people who manage your listings.
