How the shop works.

Who you buy from

Every product is sold and shipped by the partner named on it — their legal name and country are on the product page and in your receipt. Ecosystem HQ runs this shop and takes the payment on the partner's behalf, so you pay once for a cart that holds several partners.

Prices, payment, delivery

Prices include VAT. Shipping is per partner and shown before you pay. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Each partner ships their own items and you get tracking by email when they do.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason (EU right of withdrawal). Reply to your receipt or write to [email protected] — we deal with the partner for you. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of us hearing from you; return shipping follows the partner's returns policy on the product page. Faulty goods are covered by your legal guarantee whatever the policy says.

How products are ranked

  1. Every product here was selected by Ecosystem HQ against a written standard before it appeared. Nobody can pay to be in the store, and nobody can pay to be shown higher.
  2. Within a page: Ecosystem HQ's own products first, then the most recently selected. Search and filters only narrow the list; they never reorder it for money.

No product is in the shop because someone paid. No discounts, ever.

For partners

Partners apply on the partner page. If accepted they agree to: ship within 3 working days and add tracking; honour the 14-day withdrawal and the legal guarantee; make no claim about a product they can't document, and send the evidence when asked; keep their trader details correct; tell Ecosystem HQ straight away about a safety problem or a recall. They are paid by Stripe Connect when they mark an order shipped: item price minus the agreed commission, plus their shipping. Ole can pause any product or partner that breaks these terms; partners hear why, in writing. Changes to these terms are announced to partners 30 days ahead.
