How to use it

Never "any feedback?". Ask "What's one thing I could do better next time?" For big work, send it to 5–8 people inside and outside the field for a 0–10. 7–8 means refine; 2–3 means rethink. One person's comment is taste; five people's is quality.

How sure we are

P Evidence: promising. Good studies, but small or few. Use it and keep checking.

S Evidence: strong. Large trials or many studies, pointing the same way.

Asking for advice got more useful input than asking for feedback (Yoon et al. 2019–2021, 🟡) · task-focused feedback works (Kluger & DeNisi 1996, 🟢).

Not medical, legal or financial advice.
