Who this covers

Everyone who has commented on a post or sent a message to one of the Ohm Group's own accounts: Calisthenics Reacts, Ole Wang, Ecosystem HQ, Arc Ohm, Artist College, System Dojo, Wang Flow, Olea, Ohm Studios and Ohm Woman. Our app, Ecosystem Analytics Hub, connects only to those accounts. You never log in to it and it never sees your own account.

What we keep

Only what you sent to us, as any account owner sees it:

• Your comment or message, with the time, the post it was on, your username and the platform ID Instagram or Facebook gives us for you.
• A contact card so we answer people in order: your name and username, a few tags, short notes, and a score for how soon we should reply (it is worked out from what you wrote, never sold or shared).
• Our replies, including drafts we wrote before answering, and any automatic reply you asked for, for example by commenting TEST.

We don't buy data about you, we don't follow you around the web, and nothing here is sold or shared for marketing.

How to have it deleted

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and your Instagram or Facebook username. You don't have to give a reason.

Everything in the list above about you is deleted within 30 days, usually the same week, and we reply to confirm. It is one command on our side, so nothing is missed.

Deleting a comment or unsending a message on Instagram or Facebook also removes it there. Our copy goes when you ask us.

What stays

If you bought something, the order and its receipt stay, because accounting rules require us to keep them. Everything else goes.
